Elizabeth is an award-winning multimedia producer and reporter with over 25 years of experience. Her background includes writing and producing for CNN, CNN International, CNBC, and NY1 News, where she was a financial correspondent and anchor of the Fortune Business Report. Her stories have been featured on ABC, NBC, MSNBC, PBS, Reuters, Yahoo! Finance, as well as in Time Out New York Kids, Entertainment Weekly, The Vineyard Gazette, The Daily Pennsylvanian, and Dartmouth Alumni Magazine. She was also a senior manager and executive producer at NYC TV, a network launched by Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Elizabeth has interviewed CEOs, celebrities, politicians, and heads of state.
Past projects include executive-producing the Drama Desk Awards broadcast; writing and producing a documentary on the Brooklyn Bridge; developing an Emmy-winning show about NYC culture; and creating and producing “Moguls and Mavericks,” a successful series on entrepreneurs. Elizabeth has hosted or moderated special events, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, the PR Society of America’s Big Apple Awards, and the Susan G. Komen “Learn For The Cure” conference. She has also served as a judge for the Emmy Awards and appeared in cameos in HBO’s “Sex And The City” and “Project Greenlight.”
Elizabeth is a winner of the “Excellence in Financial Journalism” Award and received a fellowship in economics from the National Press Foundation. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied English. At Penn, she received the university’s Cherpack Language Award for a thesis in French and was inducted into the Phi Beta Delta International Honor Society.
